Consulting or done-for-you: which fits your business?

When someone asks how I can help, I usually give two options: I show you how to do it, or I do it for you. Both work. The right one depends on your time, your team and what’s holding your growth back right now.

When consulting is the right fit

Consulting means we build the plan together and you, or your team, carry it out. It suits you if:

  • You or someone on your team can spend a few hours a week executing.
  • Your main gap is knowing what to do, and in what order.
  • You want to learn the skill, not only get the result.
  • You’d rather invest in direction than in full management.

When done-for-you is the right fit

Done-for-you means I run the work for you: ads, content and automation. It suits you if:

  • You don’t have the time or the team to run it.
  • Speed matters and you can’t afford months of trial and error.
  • Your time is better spent running the business.
  • The work is technical, like ad accounts, tracking and automations.

Side by side

Consulting

I show you how

  • A clear plan and priorities
  • Audits of your ads, content or funnel
  • Guidance while you carry it out
  • Best for teams that can execute
Done-for-you

I do it for you

  • Ads, content and automation run for you
  • Tracking set up and reviewed
  • Far less work on your side
  • Best for owners short on time or team

A third option: start small

If you’re not ready for either, my Revenue Systems are ready-made digital products you can buy and put to work the same day: the Content Conversion System and Leads That Stick, Convert & Multiply. They’re a good first step if you’d like to try the approach before working together.

Three questions to decide

  1. Do I have someone who can execute every week?
  2. Is my bottleneck knowing what to do, or having the time to do it?
  3. Do I want to learn this, or hand it off?

If your answers are “no”, “time” and “hand it off”, that’s done-for-you. If they’re “yes”, “knowing what to do” and “learn it”, that’s consulting. Mixed answers are normal, and a good path is to start with a consultation to get the plan, then hand parts of it over.
